Tommorrow's the Sports Day.
I'm not exactly nervous,
And not excited today.
Wouldn't that will be ridiculous?
To worry for one whole day!

It's one round around the track.
But under the hot and fiery sun.
There won't be much space in the back.
And I guess it won't be a lot of fun.

But don't forget that there are medals too!
It's either a Gold, Silver or Bronze for me.
Or number 4 in the queue
Cos that's not something very easy (:

Oh well, i got bored.

52.75s
320 metres,
8 hurdles.
That's a personal best.
Congrats to all those which clocked (jumped) their PBs today.
Really cool to see the jumpers own in the <4.8m category (:
Tommorrow's a whole marathon of tuition.
10.30am - 6.30pm
Tough days ahead

"Gong Xi Fa Cai".
Happy Chinese New Year Everybody (:
It's always the most exciting event of the year.
Especially if you don't celebrate Christmas.
Well, My 3 days of Chinese New Year Celebrations were rather pleasant.
And of course, there was no time to do my homework... Well, who had? I went to my cousin's houses, and wished everyone a great year ahead. We made New Year Resoulutions, and mine was to do well in CCA and academically.
There were lots of good food, however i was unable to eat much of it, as i had a sore throat. What a waste, to be unable to eat the food during Chinese New Year. My family (above) went to my cousin's house. There, we had a lot of fun, although the younger children usually formed a group by themselves, as the teenagers in the family would stick to themselves. I collected quite a number of red packets, from my relatives and neighbours. They were all very generous in their givings, and my total amout added up to close to $500! That's a lot more than what i usually would have received. During this celebration, I met a couple of long lost cousins. I have never seen them before and I do not recognise them, although they are older than me. Chinese New Year has always been a great time for me and my family, as we usually do not meet up together, except during festive occasions. One only regret I have is that I was unable to try the delicious food my relatives made when I went to their house. On a high, I hope that Chinese New Year Celebrations to come would all be as good as this one. And i hope to collect more red packets in the following years.
I am sure many of my friends had a great time too, as when i asked them to go out, they didn't reply me. Well, who can blame them? Everyone always enjoys themselves during the festive season.
Happy Chinese New Year Everybody! (even to those who do not celebrate it.)

Friday, 23 January
Today's the Eve of the Eve of the Eve of Chinese New Year.
School was on as usual.
Which meant having lessons.
However, we only had 3 periods of class.
Science and English.
There was supposed to be a Science test,
But mdm Nubilah postponed it till next friday.
That's 1 week later.
English was rather short.
As there was only half an hour of class.
We mainly did comprehension
Then it was recess.
After eating,
We went back to touch up on our class decorations.
Ms Hashima was there also,
Rushing us to get out of class to the school hall.
The celebrations were rather intresting,
There were breakdances, plays and even karaoke sessions.
Victoria was playing host to some people from the old folks home.
And we managed to hear them sing Chinese New Year songs.
After the celebrations,
Ms Hashima and Mr Quek called us all back to class.
They gave Ferraro Rocher's to everyone.
Then i went back to Pei Chun.
Took 31 with Douglas and Nicholas from 1G
Arrived at Pei Chun at 2pm.
The school was scheduled to close at two-thirty.
Many of the boys had gone back,
Nicholas, Peng Ru, Alvin etc.
Minpei, however was the only girl present.
So we hung out there for quite some time,
Looking out for people who we recognised.
Everyone is very tall now,
Especially Nicholas.
He was very very short last time.
Now he's about 175cm?
So at around 3,
When we finally got chased out of Pei Chun,
We went to eat subway,
Wei Jie, Nicholas and I
When we finally were done with our meal,
We decided to go to Nicholas's house.
Which was a 15minutes bus ride.
Over there, we had some fun
At around 7, I went home.
To Home sweet Home.

Saturday 24 January
Today started off like most saturday's-With training.
VJC was having a soccer competition with a eurasian team.
Training was easier as i did not feel well.
Did a lot more technique over running.
In the afternoon,
I went out with Joshua, Cherida and their gang.
Nicholas didn't go though.
We went to J8 which i wanted to watch Inkheart.
But in the end did not.
Ate Hiagen Diaz for tea break, ice cream on an empty stomach.
Shared the cost with Joshua and Mun Chieu.
After that, we went home.
What a boring way to spend your saturday.

This week's been rather quiet,
4 more english assignments to go
One to be done right now,
Another 2 meant for Chinese New Year.
And the last one about something next week.
So this week,
Monday was boring,
Went to buy stuff for maths project
With WonTae and Wesley
Treated Syafiq to lunch,
Which he ended up ditching us with Chii lek.
Tuesday was rather weird.
School was boring.
A lot of homework though.
Stayed back to help with class decorations
Theme's about music.
Training was rather relaxed
Just 5 hurdles at a time
3 times in total.
With Edwin of course.
Today passed by slowly.
Maths project was a success.
We are going to beat Dion and Matthew (:
Training
Did lots of hurdle drills.
Iggy fell in love with hurdles(:
Saw doctor after that,
For my cough.
Which has been rather bad.
Tommorrow is Thursday,
PE and Cross
What a wonderful ending.

They did it!
Champions in a competition yesterday.
VS!
It was a hard run,
But people like bryan and venurum and marcus,
Brought honour to the school by getting
2nd, 3rd and 6th respectively.
Champion team!
Dion and Xian Da did well too.
16th and 9th.
In the 5 kilometer race,
Around bedok resevoir.
I didn't do that well.
I had a sore throat.
Blame it on red bull.
Everyone except sean got the stitch.
And EQ and i had the same symptoms,
Our hands felt numb.
Stupid red bull.
Then it was grandma's birthday party.
Not much fun,
Sadly,
Today, it was tuition, tuition and more tuition.
From 10.30am-6.30pm.
Chinese, english, maths, and science.
Maths teacher changed,
But classmates remained.
I may change classes soon (:
Sunday is much much more fun.
Science was almost the same,
Except Tiffany's hairstyle.
She looks retarded.
Anyway, Happy Chinese New Year everyone.
Might be going back to PCPS on Friday.
See all of you then.

For the next 2 weeks,
I'll be using this blog for writing compositions,
And using the blog for homework only.
